There is a good rental market for these, but the season is quite short, from May to the end of September so you must do your sums to reflect that if you want rental income to cover all your expenses. Out of season the area all but closes down, which for some is a bonus as they have the bustling summer months and then peace and quiet with the place to themselves in the winter.
